Please note that medical education transcripts and translations of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) diploma may only be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. Graduates of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University's MD program may request an official transcript at .

MD Verification and Confirmation of Graduation from ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University’s MD Program may be requested in one of the following ways:

1.       In person at the UGME office with a valid, government issued, photo identification.
2.       In an email to ugmesecretary@mun.ca from an @mun.ca email account
3.       In writing, with the graduate's signature, addressed to:

                         Associate Dean, UGME
                         Undergraduate Medical Education
                         Faculty of Medicine  |   Room 2M101

                         St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada   A1B 3V6 

MD Verification requests must include the following information about the graduate:

                First and last name
                First and last name at the time of graduation (if different from above)
                Email address (@mun.ca if possible)
                Year of Graduation
                Date of Birth
                Name of the institution, to which the verification must be sent (if applicable), including:
                - Address
                - Phone number
                - Fax

Payment for MD Verification may be made by cheque or money order payable to ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University Faculty of Medicine.
