Google Workspace Notice
You may see a message in Google Workspace (shown below) about transferring your content after graduation. It says, "Graduating soon? Keep all your emails and other files after you graduate”.
This message is generated by Google and is not controlled by the university.
Clicking the “Graduating Soon” notice in Gmail will safely open a prompt designed to help you . It will not delete your account. The tool simply provides options to transfer your emails, photos, and Google Drive files to a personal account.
