Webex
Microsoft Teams is the university's preferred virtual meeting platform and is available to all current employees and students by default as part of their ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Microsoft 365 account. Webex remains available for specific use cases where its features are required, including certain large-scale events, specialized conferencing requirements, or Brightspace integration that continue to rely on Webex.
ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ faculty and staff may request a Webex host account to host meetings and other online events if Teams does not meet their requirements. Users other than faculty and staff (e.g. students) require the approval of a faculty or staff sponsor. Please note that you do not need a Webex host account to join Webex meetings.
