Campus Renewal Fee
ÐÓ°É´«Ã½â€™s Campus Renewal Fee provides critical funding to address the most pressing deferred maintenance and information technology projects at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. This student fee is currently being funded by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. The total provided for the 2025-2026 year is $7.8 million of which $6.3 million is allocated to physical infrastructure, $1.375 million to digital infrastructure and $125,000 in emergency funds.
A pan-university Campus Renewal Committee has been established and is co-chaired by the associate vice-president (facilities) and chief information officer.
The Campus Renewal Committee terms of reference are online. This committee will follow an updated process and evaluation criteria, which will ensure a consistent approach across all campuses with the intent to bring recommended projects to the Board of Regents for their review and approval.
