Current students

Current ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ undergraduate students (including those who have registered for courses in the last three consecutive semesters) should review information on how to change their academic program, declare their program/major/minor, or apply for admission to competitive-entry programs.

Note: Non-credential (formerly called non-degree), concurrent studiesvisiting and exchange students must submit a new application for admission if they wish to complete a credential (e.g. certificate, diploma or degree).

Changing your program

Your current academic program can be found in the Student Hub of . If you're looking to change your program, you should consult with your academic advisor before proceeding with declaring a new program.

Declaring your program

Certain general admission programs can be declared using a declaration form. Find the correct process for declaring your program.

Applying for a competitive-entry program

If you are applying for a competitive-entry program, you will need to apply online through the .

Note that the admissions portal uses a different login and password from other ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ services. If you do not already have an account in the admissions portal, you will need to create a new account. If you are experiencing login issues, refer to the Application FAQ.

Once you have logged in to the admissions portal, select Create a New Application and then select the undergraduate application for Current ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Students.

You will also be required to include your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ student number on the application to ensure you are not charged the general application fee.

Additional supporting documents may be required for competitive-entry admission. Please refer to the relevant program page for more details. However, you will not be required to submit a ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University transcript or valid documents that were submitted for a previous undergraduate application.

Former students

Previous ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University students who have not registered for undergraduate courses for the past three consecutive semesters are required to submit an application for readmission. Applicants will keep their previous ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ student number, and should provide this number on their application.

Non-current students

If you have not attended any other post-secondary institutions since you last registered at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, and are in clear standing, no further documents will be required.

Transfer re-entry students

If you have attended any other post-secondary institutions since you last registered at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, you will be required to submit official transcripts from each institution other than ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. Refer to our university or college transfer applicant requirements for more details.

Non-credential students

If you are planning to take undergraduate courses but do not intend to complete a credential program (degree, diploma or certificate), you may apply for readmission as a non-credential student (certain restrictions on this category apply).
