8.4 Bachelor of Education (Post-Secondary) as a Second Degree

For application deadlines refer to the Application Deadline Dates table. To be considered for admission to the Bachelor of Education (Post-Secondary) as a Second Degree program, an applicant must meet, in addition to the general admission requirements of the University, the admission requirements as outlined below. Applicants must have:

been awarded an undergraduate degree from ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ or from an institution recognized by ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ with at least second class standing or equivalent; or
-
been awarded an undergraduate degree from ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ or an institution recognized by ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ and have successfully completed Education 2700, 2720 and 2801 with an average of at least 65%.

In assessing applications to the Bachelor of Post-Secondary Education as a Second Degree, consideration will be given to the following:

academic performance as described above; and
-
personal statement and references as outlined on the application to the Faculty.
