The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on racialized and Indigenous communities combined with the global Black Lives Matter movement has made the inequities in our society more visible. Providing ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ employees with consistent and continued learning opportunities to support the dismantling of systemic racism is important, especially at this time.
