Our defined benefit pension plan is one of the more competitive benefits offered by ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ and is greatly valued by our current employees while at the same time being an attractive incentive for new employees. We acknowledge that the value of a total compensation package (i.e. cash compensation, pension plans, benefits, and health & wellness initiatives) is sometimes difficult to quantify, but it is important for ÐÓ°É´«Ã½â€™s HR staff and unit administrators to work together to communicate the value of total compensation in a meaningful way to staff.
