SUBJECT: Merchant Navy Day Commemoration on Sept. 12

The Canadian Merchant Navy Veterans Association and Company of Master Mariners-N.L. Division will commemorate Merchant Navy Day and honour the 22nd anniversary of the unveiling of the Merchant Navy ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 12 p.m.
The ceremony will take place at the Merchant Navy ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ outside the main entrance of the Fisheries and Marine Institute of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University at 155 Ridge Rd. The 2019 commemoration will consist of a civil and religious ceremony.
Relatives and families of veterans, the public and media are welcome to attend.
