Media representatives are invited to attend a special ceremony celebrating the graduation of Afinin Labs Inc. from the Genesis Centre on Monday, March 11, starting at 4 p.m. in Innovation Hall, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation, on ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University’s St. John’s campus.
Afinin Labs was co-founded by two ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University researchers to commercialize their stock-price prediction software. The company graduates from the Genesis Centre having received significant private investment from local angel investors.
The Genesis Centre is ÐÓ°É´«Ã½’s business support network for technology-based ventures that have high growth potential and are seeking business guidance and capital.
