SUBJECT: Emergency exercise to take place at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University

Note to editors:
On Monday, May 13, media are invited to take photos/video during ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University’s emergency exercise on the St. John’s campus. The full-day event, which will include simulated casualties and emergency responses, is a test of ÐÓ°É´«Ã½’s Emergency Management Plan and will help the university practise for a potential emergency.
There will be barricades around the scene during the closed exercise and media must enter the area escorted by ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ University’s media representative. Media are asked to meet in the Arts and Administration building, room A-1043, at 8:45 a.m. Photo opportunities will take place between 9 a.m. and approximately 9:45 a.m.
