Well-known anthropologist Dr. Elliott Leyton will give a public lecture – titled Dying Hard: Industrial Carnage in St. Lawrence Newfoundland– on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. The lecture begins at 7 p.m. in room A-1043, located in the Arts and Administration Building on ÐÓ°É´«Ã½’s St. John’s campus. The lecture is open to the public and there is no admission charge. Autographed copies of Dr. Leyton’s updated and illustrated book Dying Hard will be available for purchase.
