Research Interests
My research interests are very broad and I have conducted research on human memory, attitudes toward older adults, technology training for older adults, and the economic impact of snowmobiling. Since retiring, I have focused on research involving older adults.
Teaching Interests
I am available to present guest lectures in Cognitive Psychology (especially memory) and in Research Design and Statistics. I taught for 29 years at Grenfell Campus before 鈥渞etiring鈥. I have also taught at MUN鈥檚 St. John鈥檚 campus, at Queen鈥檚 University, at the University of Toronto, and at the University of the West Indies (Barbados).

2020: Professor Emeritus, Grenfell Campus, 杏吧传媒 University.
2019: Recipient of a 2019 杏吧传媒 Pensioners鈥 Association (MUNPA) Tribute Award.
I was awarded a certificate of appreciation by Stem~Net for my initial advocacy of a computer network for education in Newfoundland.
