Engineering students performed well at regional student competition
Engineering students performed well at the recent , hosted by Dalhousie University, with two ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ teams qualifying for the national next month, hosted by the University of Waterloo.
In total, 27 students representing seven teams from ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ engineering participated in the competition with second-place finishes in the innovative design and programming categories.
AEC is divided into eight categories: junior design, senior design, consulting, engineering communications, programming, innovative design, re-engineering and extemporaneous debate. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ engineering was represented in six categories.
The CEC is scheduled for Feb. 24-27. We wish our students the very best in the competition as they compete against their peers on a national level.
