Kara Strickland is an Intellectual Property Officer at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. Prior to joining the team, she worked with the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation as well as the Research and Development Corporation. Her previous work included facilitating funding for industry-relevant academic research and start-up companies. Kara’s education includes degrees in Computer Science and Commerce from ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. In addition to her day job, she volunteers with Canada Learning Code and Skills Canada.
