Dr. Sherrie Komiak is an associate professor of information systems at the Faculty of Business Administration, ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, Canada. She received her doctor of philosophy (PhD) from the Sauder Business School, the University of British Columbia (UBC). She teaches information systems and human-computer interactions (HCI) courses at both undergraduate and doctoral levels. Her main research interests are HCI, trust in electronic commerce, personalization technologies, e-health, and the processes of decision-marking while using decision support systems.

Dr. Komiak has published in journals like MIS Quarterly, JAIS, Electronic Market, Information Technology Management, e-Service, etc. She served as an associate editor for Information and Management (I&M) and AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction (THCI).
